This hotel definitely has its charms with spacious and bright rooms that were top-notch and a service team who really do their very best for the guests. On the flip side, the rooms were a bit too hot for my liking.

My stay at this hotel was truly delightful. The charm of being surrounded by hortensias with access to the pool and breakfast tables, along with a refreshing drink, was a lovely touch. The hand-made chocolates on my pillow in the evening added to the already beautiful experience. The service was exceptional, truly friendly, helpful, and professional. The location within the old citadel to explore Cortona was ideal, with easy access to high-quality restaurants and unique shops. Dining on the rooftop was excellent, though I hoped for more local produce. Overall, a fantastic stay with memorable moments.

My stay at the hotel was incredible! The rooms were exceptional, surrounded by beautiful hortensias with easy access to the pool and breakfast tables. The added touch of hand-made chocolates on the pillow in the evening made it extra special. The only downside was the size of the regular room, but it didn't take away from the lovely experience.
